We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

We take great care to accurately describe and photograph all furniture and home goods. Since our pieces are often one-of-a-kind, custom-ordered, or sold at exceptional value, we must adhere strictly to a final sale model.

Important Exceptions

1. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery or pickup.

If an item arrives damaged (due to shipping/transit) or is defective (due to a manufacturing flaw), you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

We will require photographic evidence of the damage and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement (if available) or a repair. A cash refund will not be offered.

2. Custom Orders

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once the order is placed and confirmed.
